This coverage will not cover the trucker in the business of transporting a load. This coverage is very beneficial is the trucker is leased on to another primary authority.
NON-OWNED TRAILER LIABILITY
This coverage protects the trucker in the event there is a liability claim against the trucker arising out a loss stemming from a non-owned trailer in the custody of the trucker.
NON-OWNED TRAILER PHYSICAL DAMAGE
Non-Owned Trailer Physical Damage coverage reaches out to provide collision and comprehensive protection for trailers in the custody of the trucker but not owned by the insured .
TRAILER INTERCHANGE LIABILITY
This coverage is very similar to non-owned physical damage coverage with the exception it requires a trailer interchange agreement, in most cases this agreement specifies the pickup and delivery locations of the trailers.
